How often should you get a termite inspection?

Because termite inspections are most beneficial early in the infestation process (it enables you to stop the termites before they do too much damage) It’s recommended getting an inspection annually.

The specific time of year doesn’t matter so much because even though termites are more likely to come out of hiding in the spring, they are in, under and around things, doing their dirty work all year long.

Waiting longer than 2 years before getting an inspection gives the termites more time to build their nests & can make treating termites more difficult, costly and time consuming.
